Kale Chips and Yummy Seasoning
2 tbsp Avocado oil
1/8 tsp Cayenne
1/4 tsp Chili powder
1 1/2 tbsp Nutritional yeast
1/4 tsp Pink salt
1/4 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
Bunch of Kale (ribs removed)
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Grease baking sheet with avocado oil or line with parchment paper.
Wash and dry kale really good. You don’t want moisture because they don’t crisp up as well in the oven.
In a bowl, toss kale with avocado oil. Massage the avocado oil into the kale with your hands. It helps make the kale less tough. Make sure the kale is evenly coated.
Mix all seasoning together.
Spread kale evenly in a single layer on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with Seasoning.
Bake for 7-9 minutes, watching closely. Make sure they are completely cooled before storing, but best enjoyed same day.
